butt cold

that was the term i heard (on the radio) used on the radio to describe today's weather. high of only about 50-55. strong, blustery winds all day only exascerbated the chilliness. i was damn glad i did get my doors on my jeep last night. felt weird driving today, but at least i was warm. it is nice to have the side view mirrors again. the only thing: both inside and outside, the cleaned and armor all'ed doors are the cleanest thing on my jeep.

speaking of cars, did anyone hear about the world's fastest street legal car?
top speed: 253 mph
there is a special key one must use to go this fast

this seems more amazing to me than the top speed. in 10 seconds at 253 MPH, one travels approximately 3/4 mile.

they are the widest tires ever made for a road car. they only last 10,000 miles. two of them cost $12,000! there was no mention of the front tires.
