it has finally happened. i survived my OH trip, hanging around mucho sick people. i survived 4-1/2 miles hiking through a blizzard unscathed. now that it is (finally) reaching 80 F highs, and i get sick. for the second consecutive friday, i have not been able to start subbing.

i must do something. there is much to do, yet little energy to do so. racing is definitely out of the question for tonight.
