i am now have been published! check out astronomy magazine. the newest edition, august's publication. there is a section penned ask astro. anyone can write in questions regarding anything astronomy. the scientist whose field and work is most applicable will answer the selected question. in just my second submission, my question was picked. it involved the stardust mission to capture particles from comet Wild 2. my question was answered by a member of the stardust science team, george flynn. they went straight to the top. and i learned some information that i could not find on-line.

i will have to double check, but i believe i read the that any human being whose question is picked receives some notification AND an extra copy of the issue. i will call actually. regardless of the policy, i am going to ask that a copy is received by my god daughter. even if i have to pay for it.

what price $100? that is approximately how much i received from two jeep loads of crap i took to a friend's yard sale. the work involved though extreme, for being on a weekend. friday, because i also had to work for NP&G, i was at my house on two separate occasions, for a combined half hour. i got home at midnight, and was out by 05:15. there was a 5 minute pit stop before arriving home at 22:15. i was asleep before 23:00. i turned down a party where there were friends with whom had not seen in awhile because i was too damn tired. obviously, that left today to do things around the house. badly needed vacuuming did not get done, but everything else i wanted to achieve did get done. including this post. thanks to astronomy mag!
