yo no quiero taco bell

the work week is over! almost. i will go in tomorrow. just to take my truck in for service and to catch up on paperwork. just get up whenever, go in whenever. no plans for this weekend, just whatever. love the non-descriptness!

last night i watched scary movie 4, the unrated version. i was disapointed. maybe i was just too tired from working 13 hours, but it didn't seem that funny. it probably didn't help that i have not seen war of the worlds or the grudge. the whole movie seemed to revolve around spoofing these 2 movies. the openning scene with (the real) shaq and dr phil was pretty good.

today i finally tried the nacho crunch grilled stuft burrito. it too was disappointing. i have been wanting to try one for awhile. monday i got a call to pick up a buddy from work. i was excited, because i knew on the way home i would pass taco bell. so i pick up my buddy, drop him off, and stop by taco bell as planned. i then find out there will be a 25 minute wait. 25 minutes! for taco bell! insanity!

today on my way to work, i am actually listenning to the radio (as opposed to listening to tool or nothing at all as i usually do). i flip to what i think is the classic rock station, but it can't be! stone temple pilots is playing. the radio station must have changed their format, i am thinking. it was their first big song (plush), but still, wtf! i may be 'old', but stone temple pilots IS NOT classic rock!

two weird firsts in baseball this week. on tues night, for the first time ever, 2 games went 18 innings. i stayed up (very late for me) to watch the one, the d'backs and the rockies. of course, the following day i end up working 13 hours. d'oh! today, for the first time ever, lead off homers were hit in the 1st and 2nd innings, by both teams.

i am watching south park right now. they just advertised for a new comedy central roast, of william shatner! YES! beam me up, scotty, i will be 'there' sunday night.
