another month bites the dust

today was the first day of september! goodbye august. it is now 2-1/2 hours past that first day. i, in my typical procrastinating ways, just got finished planning out my fantasy draft. i watched a fantasy football report the other night on espn, and tonight i went to borders at 8:30, after the tribe game, to buy a football mag. i just got finished. it is late, but the important thing is that i AM now ready. there are no fees in this league, it is all about the pride :) as long as i can get up on time, the draft is at 10:00AM, i should be good. my one buddy from OH runs the league, through yahoo. it should be cool, as long as it doesn't seem like work. tonight didn't seem so much like work, as just catching up on everything for the new season.

enough football though. baseball is still going on, and the tribe is en fuego! best record in baseball since aug 9. 17-5, i believe. they won again tonight. that is four in a row, and nine of ten.

ok, the draft starts in less than 7-1/2 hours. i plan on sleeping the majority of the time. i am in the middle of a four day weekend. i will set my alarm, just to be sure.
